Shipping & Exchanges

SHIPPING

We offer mailing services via Singpost (Normal mail and Smartpac) within Singapore. International parcels will be sent via DHL. Mailing charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Use of vouchers or discount codes do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Your orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Step 1

Ensure that your item(s) fulfils the conditions below:

  • Within 7 days of receipt
  • Invoice available
  • Original condition and tags intact
  • In its original packaging

Step 2

Please send us an email to admin@theturkishcloth.com with reason for exchange and invoice attached as proof of purchase to exchange your item. We will then get in touch with you and provide you with the delivery address.

Step 3

Pack your item(s) and the invoice into a poly mailer bag. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs via Singpost (for Singapore) or other international postal services. Please keep a record of and email us the mailing tracking number.

Step 4

Look out for an email notification when we have received your item(s).

 

**Please note that The Turkish Cloth will not be able to track and trace any parcels returned through any third-party couriers other than Singpost (for Singapore only). You will not be refunded for lost items.
